| The unit core intelligence
is a microprocessor-based system that uses a very compact GPS
engine board to communicate the real time vehicle position
with the control center on SMS and voice.
The system uses the latitude, longitude, speed and time information
from the GPS for relaying to the control center. A special compression
algorithm compresses the SMS and sends the data once in a few
hours, which minimizes the transmission cost. |
